Dr Kuchler is the Executive Chairman and leader of the professional team at Innovation Management Australia (IMA).
IMA delivers innovation management services to the corporate, government and hospital market sectors. Innovation Management Australia has a proprietary systemized process that enhances the production, management and take to market activities for valuable business enhancing innovations.
Dr Kuchler is a company director, technology entrepreneur and business development strategist, working in the innovation and intellectual property commercialization field.
She has particular specialist skills in innovative high tech markets having worked in the satellite technology, primary industries, transport, health, environmental and mining sectors. She and her team have assisted clients in Innovation Life Cycle Management, Innovation enablers and risk management, knowledge management and intellectual property matters.

Dr Kuchler has over 30 years experience in Executive Chairman, Managing Director and CEO roles in technology companies, including her own, and she currently holds 5 company director positions. Served currently, she has 30 years experience as a Ministerial Advisor to Commonwealth and State Governments and has served on 42 Ministerial Advisory Councils and/or Government owned corporations/instrumentalities. She served concurrently as a member of both the IP Australia Advisory Board and the Advisory Board of the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia.

AIPPI (Australia) Member - International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the Australian country representative on the Commecialisation of IP committee at AIPPI in Geneva, Switzerland.
